Return Policy
Customer must contact Central Ohio Music within seven days of receipt of product regarding any return or refunds. The product must then be returned directly to Central Ohio Music or shipped to Central Ohio Music within seven days of contacting Central Ohio Music regarding the return or refund. Product must be in original condition and include all original packaging, manuals, and other associated materials. Central Ohio Music will cover return shipping costs for products that are defective or do not match what the customer ordered (i.e. wrong product shipped). For all other returns, the customer is responsible for covering shipping costs (including insurance). A refund will be issued when the product is received by Central Ohio Music and is determined to be free from damage due to shipping or handling by customer. In the event that a returned product is lost or damaged during shipment, customer assumes liability and Central Ohio Music may issue no refund or a partial refund.
We do not accept returns for sheet music, software or digital files, picks, opened packs of strings, anything that would come into contact with the mouth during normal use (kazoos, reeds, etc.), or consumables such as instrument polish or valve oil, unless in a sealed container.
For guitars, basses, ukuleles, and other applicable musical instruments, returns will only be accepted if the instrument is shipped in its original case. Instruments that do not include a case or gig bag must be ordered with a hard case before we will ship them to you and must be returned in the same hard case.
We will do our best to honor all reasonable requests for returns or refunds. However, all returns and refunds are ultimately at the discretion of Central Ohio Music, and we retain the right to refuse a return or refund for any reason.
